After being down and out (read sick) I am finally back on the road again to my regular weekly physical routine. Maybe I should have been happy for the break, but that is not the case.
After making a significant lifestyle change back in 2009 regular weekly exercise has become a part of what I do and really enjoy.
Yesterday I returned to my daily rowing routine / challenges and today I was back at Crossfit once again. Even though it’s only been a week, I have missed it dearly. I am an “angry” sick person. Not to the people around me, but to myself. I get frustrated that I have to basically rest and drink lots.
These are not bad things in and of themselves, but when you do them 7 days straight, it’s no fun at all. So getting back to my regular exercise routine puts me back in a good place.
