Keeping It Simple

I set myself 600 words a day as a minimum output, regardless of the weather, my state of mind or if I’m sick or well. There must be 600 finished words-not almost right words.

I came across this quote from Authur Haily yesterday and it reminded me to just type. When I set my goal it was to write something every day for at least 30 days. I am now 55 days into the journey. I have done two retrospectives and was reminded today why that is a good thing.

Too often I find myself worrying about writing the right words. This has been a great reminder to just write some words. They are my words so in some sense they are the right words, but I think I get the point.

So in the interest of keeping it simple, we will end it here.
