Public speaking has always been something I really don’t like to do. There are not a lot of people I meet who say “I love public speaking”. But over the years I have noticed a few things as I’ve had to do this more than once.
Today was a difficult day. It was really no different than any other work day except for the fact that I had to say goodbye.
Many people suffer from mental illness. My family has a long history of depression and anxiety. I myself have suffered from depression. It is a darkness that cannot be described too well unless one walks the road.
In 1992 Bruce Springsteen wrote the song “57 Channels and Nothin’ On. Tonight as I was looking for something to watch on Netflix I was reminded of this song.
