Today on the way home I was listening to our Prime Minister comment on the growing tensions between the U.S. and Mexico. He was asked what his position on the situation was.

Many times over the years I have thought about my digital footprint. What I mean by this are all the profiles that I have setup online. My online banking, Gmail, Expedia, Facebook and the list goes on and on.
The topic of routines came up today. It’s timely as I’ve recently committed to writing every day. What made me pause and think a little harder about this was the detail of the routine itself.
Just got back from a birthday celebration. My uncle turned 85. While he may not move as quickly as he did 20 years ago, he is still in good health. What a blessing.
